Need Help W/ Internet Connection Problems - Treo Forums

I have had no problems accessing the internet on my phone until I started loading some other software programs on my phone. Now I get a "Cannot Connect" message that states the current connection cannot be used for your request. Please end the current connection and try again.

I tried removing the programs and it seemed to work a few times and then it quit again. I have since done a hard reset to bring it back to original settings. I loaded a couple of .tsk files and a couple of .mp3 files and now I get the same Cannot Connect message. I have checked the settings on the phone for my internet connection when I receive the message and they seem to be OK.

I little frustrating to say the least. Any help would be appreciated.

are you with att or Rogers or who is your phone service with?

have you tried deleting the programs that you added to see if you can then connect. If you havent delete them one and a time and after each one is deleted check snd see if you can connect if so leave the remining programs on the device if not delete another etc.

As I said in my original post I tried removing the programs and it seemed to work a few times and then it quit again. In a couple of cases I have also tried installing a program, check to see if my internet connection worked. I did not so I unistalled the program, checked to see if my connection worked and it didn't. I then had to do a hard reset and reload all of my info (pain in the a$$) to get it to work again.

Very frustrating...
