I dont have space anymore on my phone due to all the old emails on my phone
how can erase them completly

Not sure what you mean. Just erase them and they're gone.

What is leading you to believe it is old emails taking up your space? And are you talking about Storage memory or Program memory?

If your device is showing low on program memory, try clearing your IE browser cache. That's the usual culprit.

You can also check under Email>Menu>Options>Storage_tab to see how much space your attachments are currently using.

So did you check your email options to see how much memory your email was using?

Also, have you gone through and checked all of your document folders, including your ringtone folder?

Last, how many programs have you installed to the device and are any of them extremely large?
