Palm OS on Treo 750???

Nope, too many driver would need to be written from scratch, they use different hardware. Also, Palm doesn't support the screen resolution.
Now if we could only run Windows Mobile on Treo 680 hardware...

I actually like the Palm OS better. But that's because I have grown up with it... I have resisted Windows Mobile until just recently. Not as simple as Palm OS, but I guess it is 'smoother'.

I'm with you on the Palm OS, been using it since 1997ish. I just got sick of the same old everything. When the new Palm OS comes out, I'll be the first to get it, unless I'm completely sucked in by WinMO by then...

You can use StyleTap to run some PalmOS progs on Windows Mobile. I've not tried it, but the reviews don't seem bad. See http://www.styletap.com/

...I wish that I noticed Windows Mobile before I got it. Or, had seen a GSM version of 755.

I've been trying it for a few weeks now. It works as advertised, and your Palm Apps show up as icons in the programs folder in WinMo, which is cool.
The only issuie, is I like a particular solitaire game in Palm OS, and it keeps a running score, this was always a blast to see how high I could get, but styletap seems to not have any persistant memory, and the score starts at zero each time I run it.
