Default Passkey to Bluetooth Platronics 320 device

Had search of the forums and the web but still cannot unlock the Passkey.
I have tried the 0000 and 00000 and the last 4 digits of the EMEI code.

Any ideas how I can reset it please

Thanks a newbie to this forum

0000 and 1234 are popular keys.

    Thanks Ben for your suggestion
Sadly neither seem to work unless I am doing something wrong. Made sure they were numbers and not letters. I dont recall ever setting up a passkey though.

Is there a way to reset the passkey?

    thanks

every passkey for bluetooth devices is 0000. this is cool that there is a standard key but it makes it easy to steel phone conversations.
I used to be a blckberry user. Now that i have a treo i see what i was missing.

Jhowle, not every passkey for Bluetooth devices is 0000. My BlueAnt Micro X3 is 1234. It is the most popular, but not the only one.
