Phone won't ring sometimes

This has only happened a couple of times but sometimes when someone calls me my 750 never rings and it never shows that the caller has called. The caller says it doesn't go straight to v.m. that it rings on their side. This morning I had a person try to reach me and they called 4 seperate times and it never rang once. It wasn't until my alarm when off that the phone showed that I had 2 voicemails but still didn't register anyone calling. Has anyone else had this issue?

Do you have the wm6 update the wm5 original had an audio issue which was fixed by the wm5 audio update but was also fixed with the 6.0 upgrade which is now off of palms website.

I am running the 6.0 unbranded upgrade. It's not really the audio it's that the phone isn't registering the call at all.

Do you have any third party software installed? Otherthan that it may be a corrupted db or a hardware problem.

The only 3rd party I have is MRING. It's just active once the phone actually registers an incoming call. I guess I will try a hard reset and the load only my contacts and calendar back on the phone and see where that gets me. Thanks for your input.

Well it might be a problem with mring. Uninstall that and see if you contionue to havre the problem or it things are back the way they are supposed to be.

Are you still having the problem? I miss many calls because of no ring, but sometimes the phone vibrates and doesn't ring.
