    Camera or Multimedia picture messages

    hi every one. since i bought my palm treo750v. i can't open any picture messages. i go through t- mobile and called them but they said that i have to configure my phone. help me. what should i do?

    Question Can't open picture Messages

    I am having the same problem. Cingular Palm 750 on the t-mobile network. I can't open pic text or sent text to an email address. When you get an answer, please forward my way plaease . qpatrick1@yahoo.com Thanks

    Question Same trouble downloading pics

    :frown: I am also having the same problem down loading picture messages and sending them. I have T-Mobile as well. When I called custmer service they told me the same thing. No help! If you do find the answer and have a minute can you please send it to me too?
