|  picture messages hi every one. since i bought my palm treo750v. i can't open any picture messages. i go through t- mobile and called them but they said that i have to configure my phone. help me. what should i do? |

| Same trouble downloading pics  I am also having the same problem down loading picture messages and sending them. I have T-Mobile as well. When I called custmer service they told me the same thing.
