I am in Shanghai using china mobile on an unlocked palm treo 750.
Would someone please tell me how to manually retrieve email ? If I set the email to manual does that mean I have to also send manually?

I need step by step instructions. I am not on a corporate account and I am not using outlook or outlook express.
I have a gmail.com account.
