Problem synching contacts

I am having a problem synching my contacts in my new Treo 750 phone to Microsoft Outlook 2000 using ActiveSync 4.5.0. A few of the contacts like the "Pay My Bill" get transferred from my Treo to the Outlook contacts, but none of the other contacts which have the phone numbers are transferred.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are your contacts stored in the SIM memory or on the phone's memory?
