Default Problem when trying to sync

So I upgraded from the 650 to the 750 yesterday. Great phone. The only problem I have is when trying to sync. For some reason not all of my appointments with Outlook callendar will sync to my phone. Any help is appreciated. Never had this problem with the 650.

Did you use the exchange server or the PC cable?

Im using the PC cable. I feel like a noob for asking but what "conduits" are you talking about. If youre reffering to the options for what to sync everything looks okay. Ive been using a Treo for over a year now and never heard the term "conduit"... maybe I just overlooked it. I never had any problems like this with my 650.

The palm os use s conduits to sync the data between your computer and the treo. With windows mobile its uses a different program called active sync your settings for syncronization must be set properly for the program to work. Microsoft will have a support page with a knowledge base of articles to assist. Palm should have one also at palm.com support and put in your device. You may also find posts in this forum by doing a search. I will look for posts that may help and get back with you later today.

From what I was reading using the search I figured the conduits were for Palm. I forgot about the Knowledge base at Microsoft though. I'll have to look it up later. Im getting ready to go to Reno for the weekend. I'll get back to you Monday and let you know what happens. Thanks for your help.

You are welcome hope you get it fixed. I always have had trouble getting active sync to work right when first trying to get my old pocket pcs set up.
