problem with deleting emails

Hi all, a small technical problem. When I delete emails from my phone it goes into a deleted items box in the webmail server for "3." I need to manually go into my webmail and delete the emails from my deleted folder as I am unable to simply send my emails from my phone to the "trash" folder in the webmail. The problem occurs if you don't go onto your email for a few days and your deleted items build up. This causes you to use all the storage in your webmail and people can't leave messages on your voicemail as you have no more space.

Is there any way of deleting your emails with your phone which sends it to your trash which automatically deleates from the server after a short time.

not to worry, I found out the answer. You have to "move" your emails to your "trash" folder which is a pull down menu from your inbox. Not delete them. To move emails - menu - move - trash.
