Push Email ...
I have a new Treo750 with Windows Mobile... it's unlocked and I'm with Rogers Wireless.
I own a small business and don't have Microsoft Exchange Server or anything like that.
All I want to do is get "push email" on it to work like my old Blackberry.
What software can I buy?
Or am I better to buy Microsoft Exchange 2003 and set it up for all my emails... does anyone know about the Exchange server costs...
Or, please tell me the best way to go to get reliable 'BlackBerry Style" push email.
Thanks.

there are services out there that will set you up with exchange server 2003 and a copy of outlook and do push email and synch over the net with all outlook stuff for as low as $9.99 a month. I will track down a url

I checked those suggestions above out... looks like $10-$20 a month for service that 'acts' like a Blackberry.
As mentioned I own a small business and don't have an exchange server... what do non blackberry owners like me do when they want 'push email'... getting our own Exchange Server sounds complicated and pricey... paying $20 a month for reliable push emailreally isn't something I want to do either...
Basically, I'm looking for something that will push email directly to my @uniquest.com email address, not via SMS so that when I'm alerted I have go to my email inbox to check the mail... nor do I want to have to get another email address, such as mail2web.com unless I can send/receive via my regular @uniquest.com addresses...
Hope that makes sense... the only reason I'd part with this really nice Treo 750 for a BB Curve or something would be because of Push Email.
I don't want to do that... so I look forward to some good advice
Thanks.

Have you tried the ChatterMail program? I don't know for sure if that is what you're looking for, but do check it out. http://www.chatteremail.com/index.ph...tpage&Itemid=1
Good luck!

community.seven.com is free push mail. also emoze.com
the problem with emoze is that they insert a footer into every email sent that says something like "I'm using emoze for push mail. Check it out at blah blahblah"
if you host your email using Google Apps (http://www.google.com/a/), they will host your mail for you. Using this in combination with Seven, you will get push email. If you use your regular pop and Seven, it will poll the pop server and then push it to you.

Would you mind explaining this process a little more?
