Does the recent upgrade or anything else out there allow Japanese emails to be read on a (US) AT&T Treo 750?

The only other thread I could find on this was a posting in 2007 that had no replies:
"We have standardized on the Treo 750w at work and we have one user that wants to read his emails in Japanese. Does anyone know if there is any options to allow a user to read Japanese on the Treo?"
