welcome to ET ebayman2001 I am not sure but I dont think that you can voice dial using the bletooth headset. with respect to the volume being too low when connected to a bletooth headset that is an issue with the headset as the treo should route the call to the headset if bluetooth is on and connected to the headset. you should be able to turn the answer volume up on the headset I would think.

I was trying to say that the ringer is too low, when connected to the bluetooth device.
