The manual is a good place to start, or read the writing on the cover of the card slot, mine has "Mini" on it.
I had a dealer assure me a "Micro" with a "Mini" adapter would work, I asked him to try it which he did but it wasn't recognized, I didn't know much about the Treo 750 then so not sure if the card was SDHC or not.
Good luck hope this helps.

I was only able to get a 2.0GB SanDisk MiniSD from my local Telco, I couldn't find anything bigger in a Mini in my city, cost was $AU20, I did consider buying off eBay until my daughter - in-law bought an 8.0GB for her camera that was only 1.00GB.
Only really use it to keep the occasional photo and for backups of the Treo, so it is big enough, only seems like a few years ago when I bought the 'Largest' HDD available and that was a massive 3.0GB:cool:.

the card should work with a mini to micro adapter if you are using 6.0 as opposed to 5.0 I believe.

I'm using WM6 so maybe one day I might try a Micro in a Mini adapter again, but I wouldn't just buy one in the hope it will work after my earlier experience so it would have to be from someone or store who would allow me to try it before I bought.

I have a 4gb micro and a micro to mini adapter I let my wife have the card reader and she hasnt found it I need to format the card before I start using it. That may have been why the 8.0 gb card was only reading 1.0 gb

No, unfortunately it was counterfeit, purchased from Hong Kong, my daughter in-law is pretty switched on so tried everything, then went to a camera shop and asked them if it was the camera at fault, they tested the card, also reformatted it but still only 1.0 GB, they then had the local SanDisk rep check it and he declared it a fake, he made the comment that there were a reports of them coming from Asia and they weren’t SanDisk even though the white stencil on the card said so.

If your 750 is running WM5 you can only use normal 2 gig miniSD cards. If it has WM6, you can use 4 gig sdhd MiniSD cards.
FWIW, I have 2 4 gig "microSD" cards and use a micro to mini adapter with no problem.
