Shortcut Icons on Desktop?! What the heck?

I've seen a ton of screenshots that claim to be WM6 yet they have the taskbar on the bottom of the screen and icon shortcuts at the top... like pictured in the attached picture. Is there a way to do this without the use of 3rd party software, I don't want to eat up all the program memory i'm sick of the "memory low" warning that won't let me open programs... also whats the deal with this memory leak, is there a fix? I can't stand having to soft reboot my phone all the time because the program memory is low even when i end all tasks through the holding of the OK button. Please help I adore my treo but it's getting me frustrated lol. thanks in advance fellow palm addicts.

Well they are probably wm6 but they are altering the appearance of the wm6 that was set up by carrier such as att and palm for the treo 750. Normally the options on the bottom are set to be accessed either by the touchscreen on those words or the action keys just underneath them. As far as memory leaks what programs are your experiencing difficulty with memory leaks? What softweare have you added if any?

Hey thanks! Um the programs i have listed below in my signature other than clear them were on a month before I started having problems (installed on the SD card) It mostly seems to be when I run IE which I can't seem to figure out how to store it's temp files on my SD and not on the internal card. So I've downloaded Skyfire to my SD Card and it usually works unless i've been using other programs within the day. when I get the low memory deal. I'm suprised the Treo has such low program memory... 24mb free isn't that wonderful.

I just checked my 750 and its says I have 20.47 mb free in storage and 17.32 free in programs. I dont think I have ever had a message that I have low memory. I dont use the web on the phone much at all except to download programs but you might clear the temporary internet files if you have been using the web that might free up a bunch of memory. I dont know for sure I would suspect that live search like most MS programs probably eats memory for breakfast lunch and dinner.

I just did some cleaning up and now have 20.77 in storage free and 25.25 free in program
