How can I add shortcuts to IE Favorites on Today screen on Treo 750?

I would like to add a shortcut similar to way I can add Speed Dial contact on this screen. Treo 750 only allows for adding a contact unlike Tre 650 where I could add any app (say World Clock, IE URLs etc.).
