Text Attachments

I tried searching for this before posting, but no joy. Suddenly, I cannot receive / view text attachments. I used to be able to view photos, etc. sent but now I cannot. Any ideas?

any recent programs added something could have changed your settings. Have you tried soft reset? if so yiou might need to backup and do a hard reset.

I did a soft reset. No joy. Here's where the plot thickens. Now the messaging function won't work at all.The program comes up and then shuts down a few seconds later. Sometimes it gives me the the "error send" message. To make matters worse, I can't access emails. I highlight the bar on the today screen, press the center button and nothing. This PPC was a champ until a very short while ago. I guess I'm off to get a backup program (Sprite?) and perform a hard reset, which I have no idea how to perform. I tried searching this forum, but was given a slew of posts which didn't really help. Perhaps my googlefu is on the blink.

Found hard reset instructions in 0.20 seconds. Now off to Handandgo?

Did you buy your 750 new it should have come with sprite cabkup . Mine did anyway after I upgraded to wm6 I had some error messages come into the backup reports. Upgraded to sprite 6.5.2 and error problems solved. The upgrade only cost 10.00 bc of prior program on the installation disk. Well worth the money.

I had the same thing happen. I had to do a hard reset. seemed to fix it for a while. It seems to be comming back. I found if I eject my sd card that it wil allow me to open the text progam again. then I can put the card back in. but now I noticed I'm getting an error when I try to use my voice dial. I think my treo has been droped too many times.
