Treo 750

I purchased the 750 with a Vodaphone logo on it, here in Shenzhen, China and must say its weight and form factor is far more comfortable than my previous units. The missing antennae is also a major plus because it fits more easily into the pocket. The reception of the phone is just as good if not better.

The color of the phone I have is a dark blue/green. Buttons are just as easy to use as before and screen brightness and clarity is excellent. I have a 1gb sd mini card which holds a lot of music and photos.

Purchasing here in China was not the cheapest way to buy since imported items are 40% higher than across the border, but this phone is not yet available in Hong Kong.

I've been searching high and low for the perfect PDA phone and after going through the Sony 990i, Motorola A1200, etc., find that the 750 is perfect in just about everyway.

I did experience some problems with SMS screens not refreshing properly (some leftover sections would stay on the screen as I finished sending), but this seems to have cleared up on its own, at least for now.

I have had my Treo 750v for a couple of weeks and I think it is very impressive. I am now looking for a windows mobile 2003 SE theme generator. Does anyone no if one exists?

The 3 G wireless is fast. The 750v is very similar to the 700, but no antenna.

It's thinner and lighter then the 600 & 650. The quality of the phone is unbelievable - most people can't even tell you're on a cell phone.

Have already downloaded the Good link for push e-mail from my work account. One note of caution when installing Good link - it will try to make the contacts on your work network be the default, you will have to go back and add local contacts from your personal laptop if you sync with a computer other than the one from work. Otherwise the contacts are not installed on your Treo.

Need more programs to be updated for the Treo 750v. I have already installed Vindigo and that works fine, but games are still limited.

These are commercial apps, but here's Texas Hold'em and Tetris. If you find freeware versions, please upload them to the Free Downloads section.
