 |  Treo 750: Cingular: Modem Link not working. It has worked before, but this weekend when I tried to use the modem link:usb I get the following error: "Unsupported or unavailable connection. Verify that your phone supports the selected connection and that the connection is not already in use by ActiveSync or another application." Even after a soft reset. Any ideas on the problem? Thanks |

| when you used it before did you write down the settings when it was working. ? Have you downloaded any programs since it was working and now when its not? If so something has changed the settings and its not set up right. Go back and check the settings and change them back to the way they were when it worked correctly if you can. You might try also to find a microsoft knowledge base article. I will look there and see what I can find. It woukld help to know what I need to look for in terms of what software if any you have downloaded and added. Please advise |

| I don't use it very often, it just so happens I was at a hotel that had a broken wireless internet. I went ahead and did a hard reset. Installed my apps one-by-one and so far, everything is working. No telling what caused it to not function. Thanks for your reply. Quote:
