Treo 750 email losing settings

Hi, im brand new to the forum, i have been a Treo user since the 600 came out, just never had a problem i couldnt seem to fix myself. Just upgraded from 680 to 750 cingular, really love the 750 but having a wierd problem with the Email client. I've used three email addresses each with Xpressmail and Inbox and after sometimes a day or even hours after the new email works great, it seems to forget my settings and gets timed out from the server or cant seem to get mail because of "my network settings" which is bogus cause they worked hours earlier. Ive talked to Cingular business care and they say its just a problem with the microsoft end of things and that i should just deal with it by soft resetting all the time which they say "sometimes" fixes the problem.

1-Is anyone else bummed out by this too?
2- Is there a ROM update in the near future?
3- Can i fix this, its driving me crazy as i cant rely that my email will come if i leave the office

Any help would be greatly appreciated

only update scheduled will give us wm6 and HSDPA service upgrade dont think it will fix the bug you are experiencing but dont know for sure.

I appreciate your reply, i spent a few more hours on the phone, seems they all do this, so maybe they'll actually fix it.

One more question, some of my alert tones turn themselves off for a day or two as well, mostly the new message alrt beep, wont play with a new text, and in the manage sounds either
