Question Treo 750: Palm or Windows?

I have been a 'fan' of palm since the days of (and have owned) a Visor/ Visor Deluxe/ Visor Platinum and have had two Visorphones and now enjoy a Treo 600.
Part of my Palm Passion is I have always hated having to give in to another Windows platform...but enjoy Docs to Go etc. re: interoperability for my desktop platform Windows based Word/Outlook/Excell/Powerpoint/.pdf etc.

But I hear with the Treo 750 (windows) your computer sees it as an external drive etc... like a USB drive (drag and drop files)...how easy can it get?
I think this is attractive and I am wondering if this could push a lot of palmites over to windows mobile system....and whether I just need to let go of palm o.s.
    comments?
