Treo 750 wont send or recieve mms messages

I cant send or recieve mms messages. i dont think it is the express mail because the thing on my treo that says xpress mail is "get xpress mail"

its not anything to do with my carrier and i just want to be able to view my picture messages. any help??

I don't know that this pertains to your problem but it may.

My wife had the same issue on her phone. Her's is not a Treo. I have a Treo 750 and never had this issue. However, we found it was not an issue with the phone but an issue with AT&T. I had purchased a message trial service from ATT when I got her LG Shine. It was a $5.95 feature. She got test messages but the pictures did not come through and when she tried to download the pictures she got a message that data service is not available. We tried everything and finally she just told my kids to send the pictures of the grandbabies to my Treo 750. I was on the phone with AT&T trying to upgrade some features and I told them the problem we were having with my wife's phone. The lady looked into it (I asked this question before and got no answers, this lady knew what she was doing). She came back and said that the text feature I had gotten for my wife was an old promo and it did not include media messages only text messages. We upgraded to the family unlimited media messages bundle and she gets pictures and videos of the grandkids all the time now. The next issue however is to look into the data service. I am getting charges for data usage on her phone and it may be that while she can receive the media messages, I still have to pay the data usage. Welcome to the new AT&T.

Hello all,

I'm new to the Treo Forums, and currently operate an unlocked Treo 750 using service through TMobile. Everything was working fine on my 750 until this past Saturday afternoon. In the midst of replying to a text, in a long running thread, my ability to send text messaging suddenly stopped.

I type the text and see it in the lower box, click "send" and it's gone. It does not appear in either the thread, or the outbox or sent text box.

I've cleared internal memory, I've deleted unnecessary files, I've done numerous soft resets. I dread doing a hard reset, but don't know what more I can do.

I'm open to any and all input/feedback, etc. Thanks in advance for your help.
