Treo Verizon 750

How do I activate the speakerphone? I know it is equiped with one but can't remember how to activate it.

When you dial a call and it starts ringing do you have an on screen button that says speakerphone. If you touch that it should activate the speakerphone. Those are 650 palm os instructions.

I do not get that prompt. Is it possible to assign a button to turn on the speakerphone. Otherwise you have to go thru the menus, which is not easy when talking on the phone.

I do not know for sure I would go to buttons on the settings and you can probably program a button to go to phone and speakerphone functions.

I tried that and there is no such option.

well in the user guide it says press menu(right action key) and select speakerphone and thats really all it says thats not very user friendly but at least you cant turn it on accidentally and blast your eardrum. I've done that a couple of times on the 650. OUCH

Okay, I know this may not have that much to do with this topic, but is this about the Treo 750 or the Treo 700? I'm just asking because the title mentions Verizon, who many wish had the 750. I just thought that I would ask.

the 755 for sprint is coming in mid may I am sure will migrate to verizon and alltel shortly after that what the exclusivty period is. The 750 is solely a gsm/gprs/umts device not cdma.
