If you expecting this upgrade from palm soon, palm does have it and this is plainly obvious because it is out for every other carrier who has the 750 aswell as other devices. Palm just will not divulge it because Cingular is putting off. Now this thread isn't to slander Cingular or Apple but this is happening because of the release of the OH SO Crappy iPhone. Cingular didnt want to release this high dollar piece of crap and than invest in it and than put out the windows mobile upgrade because the iPhone isn't capable of the new features in windows mobile 6 such as HSPDA "i believe it is called".

I guess the Tilt release has properly squashed this theory. If anything they want you to buy the new WM6 Tilt and therefore are holding off on the Treo upgrade because these two devices entice similar users. I guess it would be nice to blame something else on the iphone, but this time it's just not the case.

Can someone else find a means to share ROM's, i'm getting ready to PCS next week and the site i have these ROM's on was working and I sent it to myself last night and I got it using the same manner. I'm not sure why some people arent getting them but In lieu of this I'm quitting with sending them out for now. Anyone else that wants to download them you can get them at the following link with the instructions. I didn't have to search to hard to find them.

This is a fascinating site, just scroll down to Upgrading to WM6. Yes the Treo 750 is codenamed "Cheetah". If you do some reading, you'll figure out how to get the actaul ROM out of the device updater you'll have to download.
