Tweaking the Treo 750

I've had my Treo 750 for a month or two now and have been wondering on a couple of items that I'd like to tweak a bit but can't seem to figure it out on my own.

First one is the redial list that comes up when the Phone/Send key is pushed on it's own. Is there a way to clear this out?

Secondly, on the Today screen there is the "Menu" menu on the bottom right corner that is accessible by pressing the right action key. Is there a way to customize the options in that menu?
