Voicemail/Text message Alert Repeat

Okay, I'm hoping this will be an easy fix, but after much searching I'm guessing not. Have set up my alarms, etc for my Treo 750 voicemail/text message/e-mail alerts. Unfortunately, these alerts only go off once. Yes, I've seen the 'Repeat' box, but it's only selectable for the 'Reminders' selection.

How can I get the voicemail/text message/e-mail alerts to continue going off ~ every 15 mins until I acknowledge them? With all the technology wrapped up into the 750, I simply can not believe Palm has neglected to put a feature available in every $30 phone on the market.

By the way, I'm running the unbranded ROM.

You need TreoAlert. It does exactly what you're asking (plus blinks the light until you acknowledge the alert).

This is stuff the device should have had to begin with (heck, even my pager keeps reminding me until checked.) Bless these guys for writing it for free!
