VolumeCare???
I posted this same question some months ago - and I still haven't found the answer...or maybe no answer is an answer!
:gasp:
On my Treo 650 and Treo 700p I had an application called 'VolumeCare' that would increase the native volume on the device. I have a hearing loss and still haven't found a GOOD solution for using ANY Treo with my hearing aids (I've tried almost everything, including several BT headsets and similar solutions).
Has anyone heard of any application that boosts the native volume of a Windows Mobile / PPC device??

I saw in the ET store and others a dongle thing that fits in the universal connector on the bottom that you can put a wired headset in its primarliy for the 650 et all with the crappy headphone jack but it might work with a wired headset to give your better volume. Just a thoughtmy friend

I'll give that a look-see. I've used a wired headset with my 750 and it just isn't loud enough. It's almost like the sound is being squelched somehow.
Thanks again!!

well what do you think the chances are that that geat speakerjack in the 650 is the same part fnumber for the 750 speaker jack? Who do yoiu think we are delaing with here Hertz?

I'm sure it is. In searching for the part you referenced, I found 2 new BT headphones I haven't tried yet. One is a Plantronics and I have had a lot of success with Plantronics wired headsets. The other is a Motorola and it appears that both fit OVER the head instead of BEHIND the head...that was my biggest gripe with the BT headphones (not headset) I have tried previously. The behind-the-head fitting just doesn't work with hearing aids. I'll let you know what I find out.
