Warning on Cingualr

I have had the 750 on the Cingular network, its extremely poor, the network or atenna does not handle calls correctly. BE WARNED if you are a power users and want dropped calls, buy this phone.

I had cingular reps here and they admitted theres a problem....

Where is here?
They admitted that there is a problem with the network or your 750?
What specific type of issues were you experiencing? Are you in a UMTS area or Edge?

I'm getting set to return my review unit, but haven't had any problems with the signal.

No problems here, and I have tested it in 'East Huckleberry' AND in a 3G area.

My 750 has Great Reception, better than my 650 ever had, maybe the 3G SIM had somehting to do with it.

I have only had mine up and running two days but no problems with calls or call quality only in edge coverage dont know if that has anything to do with it!

I hard to return my 750 but that was a situation with the phone. The new 750 I have works like a charm. Signal is great, my ole' lady works in a mall and I have to park under ground when I got get her and I still have 2 bars and great reception.

Nothing like someone posting vague warnings on problems with the phone/service...
2 whole postings, nothing since and yet several hundred satisfied customers have no issues...maybe it was defective unit...not exactly an indictment of the 750 or Cingular...
