What are the best brand memory cards for the 750? - Treo Forums

Im not to familiar with mini cards but I was browsing ebay and saw sandisk minicards up to 2gb for around $25 brand new and i thought that was kinda cheap. I read the review and saw that the 750 supports up to 2Gb but i was wondering if anybody has use a 4gb mini card in there treo.

I have not I got to 2gb mini sd card on ebay for less than 25 including shipping have not had any probs with it sandisk is a good brand.

i just bought a sandisk 2GB mini card for $25 and should get in in 5-14 days. Im buying memory for the 750 before i even buy the phone. But i plan on buying the treo next monday or tuesday.

well tghe nice thing about the mini disk is it comes with a sleve adapter so you can use it it a regular sd slot if you need to send in the 750 for repairs and you still have your 650 slide it in the adapter nd slip it into the 650 and your good to go.

Sandisc is the best

I have had good luck with PQI and Trancend. You can usually get those for $14 shipped 1GB or likeunder $20 shipped for 2GB with free 150x Jump Reader on ebay, I can send the sellers name if you need, I have bough two items from him.

Thats the two guys I use. The top one I ordered two PQI 1GB cards yesterday both shipped for $24 The 2nd guy throws in a free 150X jump reader for free and his prices is around $15-$16 shipped for the same card, he also sells trancend mostly.

Thanks for the quick reply, I just updated from the 680 to the 750, does the 750 use a "mini" sd card? maybe u can help w/ another question, do I have to buy outlook calender for my desktop to sync the calender w/ my phone? I didn't have to buy software for the 680 but of course it was palm os not microsoft.

Its uses mini, what the two sellers I linked to sell, the other two types of memory are micro and sandiscs cards, micro are smaller and sandiscs are larger.

I am sure there are apps for the calender, but using it the way it is you have to have outlook on your pc? I think

Sorry of the subject a little. Do any of you have problems when your 750 turns off you loose access to the mini sd card?

Every single time for me. I have to eject the card and reinsert. I've done google searches and can't find a fix.

If you do experience, what do you do to get around it.
