What to do next??? Red Blue Green white lines on screen.

I was updating my treo 750 to windows mobile 6 when the usb connection failed. Now all i have is a screen with red blue green and white segments. Even after a soft reboot, it comes back to the same screen. The Active sync does not see it connected to the computer so at this point i cant retry the update program. My computer does however see an usb windows mobile divice windows explorer.

If anyone can direct me where to go for directions on the next steps i would greatly appreciate it...

It appears because your usb connection got lost during the update that the update failed. There is a program at palm.com to get you back to the start of the update and the n you can redo the update and get to winmob6. Welcome to ET

Yeah I found that the updater program has a recovery tool in it. Apparently the first step of the update utility does a back up to the hard drive of the original firmware of the treo. I went there and found the recovery utility. Once starting this recovery utilitly it restored my treo back to the original firmware i started with. I then retried the update and the treo updated with no problems.
