My wireless manager on my phone CONSTANTLY goes off and I cannot receive/send calls or text .... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I do not know what to do ...

I have to turn phone off and then back on to get back the wireless manager. I do that about 50 times a day because it just won't stay on ... UGH!!!!!
