Default WM6 adding ringtones to contacts? Help

I finally got the update to take on my phone. Not sure if I like it yet. I am having trouble adding ringtones to contacts. With WM5 you just went to edit once in the contact, and you had the option of adding whatever ringtone you wanted. With WM6 there is no visible way to do this. Under edit it just gives you the option to change the name or number. Surely they didn't somehow forget to put this option in. HELP!

Push the right menu key. select contacts. Highlight the contact you want to assign a ring-tone to. If you have the contact on both the phone and the "Simm" card, choose the one that is not on the Simm. Or if it is only on the simm, add it to contacts and then select it.
Click menu, then edit. Scroll down to "ring tone". select it and it will bring up all the sounds recorded on your phone. choose the one you want and hit OK.
OR you can hit -Start-Programs-Sounds-Menu Button-New Sound-record a sound-call it what you want-the do as above for using it as a ring tone.
I recorded myself playing a mandolin and use it as my "known-caller" ring tone

I guess the shorter answer would be; The contact has to be on the phone and not the simm card before you have the option to add a ringtone to it.

Thanks for the help. I don't know why I didn't think of that. After downloading the update I didn't transfer my contacts back to my phone. Thanks again.
