Wrong SIM code unlock..Help me!!!

if you have an unbranded rom on yopur treo it should already be unlocked for you to use whatever simcard you want.

If that's true then it's news to me. I was under the impression that the "carrier pick lock" was a separate entity from the OS ROM.

I have a treo 750 AT&T lock, my son treid too many times to unlock it with wrong code...Now I have a correct code to unlock it but it doens work...The treo shows this mesage: "you have tried 13 times, please wait until timeout"
I already did a hard reset..but it didn´t wokt either...What can I have to do??? How long I need to wait?? Is there a way to reset this waiting time???

You have to call AT&T.

Try downloading the "reset" application from Palm. This does more than a normal hard reset and will probably clear your counter.

How long have you had the phone? You should be able to call ATT and they should give you the unlock code.

ATT gave me the unlock code...It just doesn't work. On top of that I tried 4 times to unlock it, I get one more shot at it then my phone is locked to AT&T forever! Unless I send it back!

DrBWell you should be able to contact ATT and get the unlock code and if it does not work then they y should be able to help with chat support. Try customer service via internet chat they should be able to help you take care of it.
