My 755p does not make alert and ringer sounds while being charged. Am I missing a setting or something?

I installed SAG on my treo 755p. It seems to work just fine w/ ptunes and phone calls, but i'm having troubles w/ sprint tv. the channel will only play for about half a second then it starts reloading, never playing more than a second of video. Has anyone had this problem. any solutions????
