 |  755P has no sound on camcorder playback or voice memo Good morning everyone. I had two clips done with the camcorder feature of the phone and they had sound. I have played them numerous times and did in fact hear the sound. As of yesterday, there is no sound with them. Also, my voice memo doesn't have sound. I have already contacted Sprint and they didn't have any suggestions. Can someone out there with great skillsets suggest an approach? Did some setting get "creamed" somehow? | I feel pretty "duh" about this but I discovered that I had my phone set on "no sound" i.e. the toggle switch on the top of the phone was set to vibrate. When the phone is in the vibrate mode, the sound from the video(s) will not play. As soon as I put my phone sound back in normal mode, the video played with sound. Once again, I continue to learn about this 755p. Hope this helps some one. krs39 |
