755p restarts in bad signal area

My 755p has been acting weird lately. It restarts when I'm in a bad signal area. Not the entire phone, but the Sprint network shuts off so I'm left with a phone showing "Phone Off" after pulling it out of my pocket.

It's happened twice to me in the last month now and it's very disturbing.

Anyone else have similar issues?

Yes, I totally forgot until I read your post. I was in Kohls department store and in one specific spot in the department, it was going crazy restarting. Kept hearing an odd tone and then the verizon sounds. Haven't been back to that spot since then and it's never happened anywhere else. And I am pretty sure I had at least 1 bar while it was happening.

Good to know I wasn't crazy. And that is happens more on other networks, not just Sprint. Must be a Treo thing.
