Can't delete memos or tasks

I can't permanently delete memos or tasks. I delete them and then the next day they are back again. It is annoying as well as inconvenient. I have the palm backup Beta installed and I THINK it recovers my deleted tasks and memos when it does the backup but I am not sure.

did you try to sync with your PC first then with the Palm Backup? Sometimes this resolves the issue.
