Default Can't find new downloads after sync

I just got my 755p and am adding software. i have synched a game and an alarm program but cannot find either of them to finish setting them up on the 755p. i know that they are on the phone because they disappear from the quick install menu. How do i find them?

I am searching the app- all menu. i have successfully added after programs.

    Thanks.

Start by looking in the Unfiled category, most new downloads are thrown there until you label them. Sometimes you really have to look at the icons closely as the names might not be apparent.

Thanks. I checked there... that is where I found other programs that I had downloaded but no luck this time.

Do you have Filez installed on your Treo, if not, install that - it is a free app. Then take a look in main memory for your programs, they are all listed alphabetically. If you got no errors on your Quick Install that the programs were not incompatible, then they have to be there.

I assume you are installing on the internal memory. If so if the program is not compatable it may not install. I tried to install music files to the internal and they disappeared from quick install but did not install.

Have you tried installing on the card? Have you opened the pull down menu from an apps page and select send? It shows you all the apps on the phone there.

Thank you Dollface abd Plunker. In reading the manual, I discovered it worked by dropping the file unto Quicl install on my Desktop, do the sync, and it worked like a charm. Thanks again.
