    Default Cant Sync my device with my media player for vists

    Good Morning,
    I have downloaded the software to my pc and for some reason when i try to sync my device (755 treo for sprint) when i click on the device tab my device doesnt show up can some one help? thanks in advance.

    Which media player on the PC and Treo? Pocket Tunes/Windows Media Player or Real Viru--- I mean Real Player? With pTunes you need to have pTunes running on the Treo to sync.
    Are you able to do a normal hotsync with your Treo?

    I have a sprint treo 755 (sprint) i also have windows vista as a OS no problems syncing anythng else accept device to media player

    Have you checked out this article on the NormSoft site? There's a few suggested solutions for problems syncing music.
