Arrow Connecting to the internet through my PC

Hi guys,

I just got a Treo and I wanted to connect to the internet through my PC. I set up the network connection on the device to use Bluetooth, and I downloaded and installed Mocha W32 PPP freeware to get me connected. After I set up the right COM port and connection speed, I tried connecting from my device.

It connected. I can see that the link is active, and it shows bytes back and forth from connecting.

But when I go to Blazer to try to browse the internet, it shows bytes received from the Treo, but no bytes sent back. No error, but I just don't get any internet.

Now does anyone have experience with using the PC to browse the internet on a Treo? Is there something more I need to do to "open" my connection so that I can actually get online?

I feel as if I'm so close, but I'm sure that there's someone out there who's at least gotten something working before.

I'm running Windows Media Center Edition, and I'm using the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack. Bluetooth is working fine, and connecting on COM 7 seems to be working fine for Mocha.

Any help or ideas?

Thank you so much!

Default Update

Okay, here's an update on my situation:

Google Maps and Opera Mini both work, but Blazer still can't seem to get anywhere.

Now that I've figured that out, it means I can still browse the internet, although I'm still curious why Blazer wouldn't like the connection.

Does anyone have an idea of why it would be this way?

Or if anyone else is struggling to get connected through the PC, let me know and I can help share what I did to get everything working.

Thanks
