    Default Extra Digits

When I dial voicemail, an extra button appears on the screen that says EXTRA DIGITS and when I press it, the 4 digit password is entered. Can I assign EXTRA DIGITS to other numbers? If so. how?

    Default answer...

This is done in SPEED DIALS.....if you have already created a few, all you have to do is EDIT the SPEED DIAL FAVORITE, and on the EDIT FAVORITES screen there is a MORE button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen...this is where it gives you the option for EXTRA DIGITS....

Thanks. Now how do I enter pauses and #'s or *'s. I would like to be able to access my bank account with the password and account number in "extra digits"

A comma will give you a 2 second pause. * and # you can just type in normally. The default dialer doesn't support a hard pause (where you have to press a button to continue) more than once. You'd need a 3rd party dialer like TakePhone to do that.
