I have a treo 755 and i cant seem to figure out how to erase the phone numbers in the dropdown for the new messages, would someone please help me erase those numbers.

Are we speaking of the SMS feature? Also, please be a bit more descriptive in your request for assistance - "Help" really does not cover it and most of the time I do not look at this type of message.

Anyway, to answer your question - take a look for AddressingLibRecent-HsCh and just delete the file. Ben

The file that u are telling me to erase is not on the treo 755 it might be worded another way but no file has that exact name so let me know if it is worded another way, thanks.

I am unable to answer that question, as I have a 700P and in most instances, the file names are the same. The Creator ID is ADdl - there may be a file there with that Creator ID and if there is, I would move it to the card and then try the text messaging application and see what happens.

I am not sure I know to which menu you are referring but the option key (next to alt) with the item open or highlighted allows you to edit or erase most things.
