Does anyone have experience with the Best Buy Insurance? Is it as good as what has been described about the Sprint insurance?

Best Buy insurance is fine - but you have to realize a few things. 1, if ANYTHING happens to the phone (cracked screen, keys stop working, microphone blows out) Best Buy will REPLACE the ENTIRE device (make no mistake, with a reconditioned phone just like Sprint would) 99.9% of the time by a MAIL-IN process that will take 3-5 business days. This is exactly like the Sprint INSURANCE portion of the plan that covers lost/stolen/liquid damage/fire damage/board level damage with a $50 deductible. The downside? If you crack your screen you have to wait a week to get a replacement. If you have Sprint's TEP, you bring it to a service center and as long as they can harvest a part, it can be fixed in less than half an hour (they might keep it longer if they are backed up however). If you have Best Buy's plan and want to get it fixed Sprint will charge you $55 at a repair center.
I pay for Sprint's insurance plan's on both of my phones, and I'm an employee. That must tell you something about it.
