Name of file on 755p where Text Message names/numbers are stored?
Appears the name of the Text Messaging (SMS) file has been changed on the 755p versus what the name used to be on my old Treo 650. Can anyone tell me what the name of this file is on the 755p?
The file I am referring to is the file where the names/numbers of persons you have Text Messaged are stored. Thanks!

I believe the text message file is Messages_Database.pdb.
I am confused with the question though. The application reads your contacts list for name/number information.

755P crashes on text messages
I think TOMP is trying to find the exact location of the text back-up on his desktop. That is what I need. I have a corrupted file on my 755P's text message program. Since I cannot remove them from the phone (crashes every time), I want to remove it from my PC/backup and do a hard reset re-synch. I removed Messages_Database.pdb and successfully fixed crash issue.

Treo 755P Test message crash solution
To fix this, I searched for the file "Messages_Database.pdb" on my computer. I removed the version that file that had a few hundred KB of data. After re-synching the Treo, all was good.
