Is your new Treo using the same user name as your previous one? If so, your registration code should work on the new one.

When you go to Hot Sync on your Treo, the name it shows in the upper right is your user name.

VolumeCare does not use the standard registration scheme of the hot sync name, it the device HSSN number. Further information toward the bottom at http://www.gotreosoftware.com/support/#_Toc135807430.

How bad is the volume on the 755p?

I have the 650, which was basically unusable without VolumeCare. After using it for over a year, (I think) it has ruined the speaker in the phone. Now, although it is loud enough, I can no longer understand the person I am speaking to -- it sounds like a cereal advertisement (snap, crackle pop)

I was hoping the problem with the volume had been fixed with the 755p.
