phone will not turn on after reboot

I had a problem with Palm Treo 755 resynching and freezing. Solved that problem but cannot get phone to turn on for calls. Can navigate through all other programs. have done several resets to no avail. any help would be appreciated.:embarassed:

Hi:

Not quite sure what you mean by done several resets. Have you performed a Hard Reset, which should reset the device to factory-fresh. All data and information will be lost.

DO NOT synch and you should also remove a media card if installed. Does the phone work with the Treo stripped of all but the OS and preinstalled stuff?

If so and then you sync and the phone stops working you are restoring corrupted data or files. If the phone doesn't work after a hard reset, you have a deeper problem and I hope it is under warranty.
