Please Help w Palm Application

HI Everyone
This is the first palm I've ever had (755) and I dropped my blackberry to come over to this side. I hope i made the right choice! All I want is to dowload a Free Dictionary onto my Palm. Can someone help me? I googled some, but everytime I try to save to my desktop I get an error message.

I am confused. Anyway, if you have a data plan, you might consider a visit to www.freewarepalm.com, search the site for dictionary and download Noah Lite.

I use both of these, they are free and easy to use. I see that Ben already suggested Noah, although the one I use is called Noah Pro.

Thanks guys. I downloaded the application to my Desktop, but my phone wont' sync...Ive downloaded all the right software, etc., and synced once before, but now it just wont do anything......

Ok, are you syncing w/USB cable or Blueteeth? If via USB cable, does it recognize the cable? If not recognizing the cable, the USB cable may be dead, in need of burial and replacement with a living specimen.

He ran out of patience Ben...you know my son had an instinct but really wanted it to sync with a mac, he was going to try my treo but got a bb curve. He had trouble syncing it with the bb software and had to buy missing sync. Posters sometimes do not give treos or other devives a chance to work. (Comment not aimed at poster in this thread)

I understand. My wife had a Mac and though I won the battle, it really made me unhappy to have to go through the hoops I did.
