Quick install pictures doesn't work

I am trying to quick install pictures. I have done this before with no problem and I can still do excell, word, and game files but not pics. Can anyone explain what may have caused this?:angry:

It keeps giving me a yellow triangle error message unknown.

A card reader is probably the best answer. SoftTick Card export is a possible solution also - www.softtick.com.
