When I changed carriers, they had a deal on the Moto Q... Well let's say after about 6 weeks of that, I'm ready to come back to the Treo family...

My question is this, I had the 650 with the palm os. On the Q, one of the main flaws of the phone, other than the reliability of it is it doesn't change time zones when I travel. I wasn't sure if this was a Windows mobile issue or a Moto issue.
Can anyone tell me if the newer Treos do on the Sprint network.... either with the Palm os or the Win mobile... I truely would prefer the Palm as I'm happier with the way it worked...

I can sympathize with you on moving from the Q to the 755p. I too had the treo 650and thought I wanted something slimmer when I changed my service to Sprint. I hate the Q and am looking to purchase a 755p. To me it's much less user-friendly than the Treo. Good luck with getting your answer!

Well, we can switch the thread, to I'm home... Picked it up in El Paso Texas on my way to LA. I'm a truck driver, so it was a bit of a pain finding a sprint store... but alas I did..

In any event, after some playing, I can tell I'm going to be happier with it. It functions so much better.

Off to sync.... a third of the program is downloaded.. this may take some time...

Congrats! I know you are happier! Keep us posted on your transition back to the Treo? BTW what did you do with your Q? I was thinking about getting my treo from ebay.

I am going to give my son the Q. I bought the Treo at the store as opposed to E Bay, as I'm a bit hesitant, as I can only imagine that I'd get one with a bad IMIE number... I thought about it... but went this way... transition wise, is smooth. Just have to recall how everything works.
