Default Reset using Web

Each time I attempt to go online I get a reset. When I check for the cause of the reset using the ##377 keys, it indicates the following:

Emul68kMain.c,
Line:403, illegal
instruction 818f at
address 730A47D4

Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it? Thanks in advance for any assistance or info.

To be certain you'll have to wait for Benjie's reply, but I believe that he will recommend using the DBFixIT application (not 100% sure on that name though) that apparently finds and isolates software glitches.

My personal recommendation when things like this happen, try a soft reset (on the Treo 755 it's just removing and replacing the battery). If this doesn't work a hard reset is in order. It's nothing but a software conflict, the only question is the degree of the conflict as to what resolution will be required. Try a soft reset and let us know what happens.

I did the soft reset and I have not experienced a crash recently. I have DbFixIt but I didn't know it would fix problems other than those associated with DateBook 6. I going to give it a try and see if it catches any problems. Thanks !!. I will keep you posted.
